A : I saw a movie about the Korean war last night. It broke out in 1950, right?

B : Correct! That's when my grandfather was just 7 years old. 

A : Did he tell you a lot about the war?

B : Yes, sadly many people got separated from their families during the war. Such a tragedy!

 

▶ Easy English

A : What do you do down there when you are not working?

B : 

The same things I do up there.  I go to a cafe or take a pleasant walk. That takes a most of my afternoon.

A : Did you find a go-to restaurant?

B : Yes, I became a regular at a burger place. I didn't know thar I love the burgers too much.
