There are two kinds of aspects pertaining to making a decision in working life.
The one is authorithies and the other is responsibilities.
If much responsibilities would be only given to people in doing their job, they would be very stressful and frustrated without any arm in front of the strong enemy.
Therefore, I think company must provide the people with the right empowerment and authorization for their responsibilities accordingly.
